Regulations

• Rooms in the "apartment hotel" are rented on the daily basis.
• Rooms will be available at 2 pm on the day of arrival and have to be vacated by 11 am the next day.
• The "apartment hotel" assures our guests quiet stay - no cleaning or equipment repairs will be done without prior consent.
  Change of bed linen and towels once a week in case of long stay.



• The responsibility for loss or damage of items, which are the property of the hotel, taken out by the guests is regulated by Civil Code. The hotel will not be responsible for the loss or damage of valuables belonging to the guests unless deposited in the safe.
• The guest is not allowed to transfer the rented apartment to others in no circumstances.
• Unauthorized guests are allowed to stay in apartments from 8 am to 10 pm.



• Guests should observe silence between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am.
• All damages caused by the guests will have to be fully compensated.
• The hotel can refuse to accept a guest who in his previous stay caused damage or disturbance.
• All personal belongings forgotten by the guests will be forwarded to the address provided or kept for 3 months.
